Cold Veggie Pizza |

Fabulous recipe for getting kids to eat their
veggies
but Adults love it too and it just disappears as an
appetizer or snack.
Open and spread out 1 package of Pillsbury
Crescent rolls,
press edges together and bake as per package,
let cool.
Mix package of softened Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1 tsp dry dill
weed, spread on the Pillsbury crust.
Top with finely
chopped tomato, broccoli, red onion,
and sweet peppers (red, green, yellow or orange)
and a sprinkling of grated cheese. |
Cut in small squares and enjoy
